Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager - Field Marketing to lead and optimize marketing programs across channels, including email, social, events, and ABM.

You will own retention, demand generation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive impact for Veeva’s Commercial products. You will manage campaigns from concept to execution, writing compelling copy and analyzing results to improve future efforts in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B marketing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to write engaging, customer-first campaign copy.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns and events.
• Some experience with marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven decision making.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn and grow.
• Experience across email, social, events, and ABM channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a broad mix of marketing programs across channels including email, LinkedIn, events, and ABM.
• Own programs focused on customer retention, success, and demand generation.
• Demonstrate project management skills and execute integrated campaigns end-to-end.
• Write compelling email, landing page, and social media copy with customer voice.
• Analyze campaign results and use insights to improve future programs.
• Coordinate with product marketing, creative services, content, and sales to manage components.
• Contribute to planning cycles with data-driven recommendations.
• Assist with weekly, monthly, and annual campaign reporting.
• Become expert end user of Marketo for end-to-end program execution.
