Oscar Health is seeking an Associate Manager, CG&A for the Member & Provider Escalations group. This role leads a team focused on operational excellence, resolving complex escalations, and removing roadblocks through cross-functional collaboration.

The position reports to the Associate Director, Member & Provider Escalations, with a remote work setup open to Florida residents. Base pay range is $64,832 to $89,144, plus benefits and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading a team in a production environment or contact center.
• 2+ years collaborating with multiple locations and disciplines.
• 2+ years working with diverse teams.
• 2+ years implementing operational excellence and using data to drive improvements.
• 2+ years advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Mentor team members and develop future leaders using structured frameworks.
• Manage daily operations, measure performance, and oversee engagement with cross-functional teams.
• Handle escalation workflows and address root causes to reduce volume and risk.
• Lead high-visibility cases from intake to resolution with executive collaboration.
• Identify trends and knowledge gaps; apply Lean to improve processes.
• Establish standard escalation procedures to ensure compliance and reduce friction.
• Partner with leaders to translate insights into efficiency and customer experience improvements.
