Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking an Executive & Social Media Escalations Specialist to join our team. This role handles high-visibility executive level complaints from members and providers using production operation tools, with a focus on fast, accurate resolutions.

You will report to the Associate Director, Member & Provider Escalations. The position is remote, open to residents of AZ, FL, GA, or TX, with travel for team meetings and events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a production-based environment.
• 2+ years quantitative or analytical skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years drafting written communications for executive-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve high-visibility executive level complaints with urgency and professionalism.
• Manage timelines for escalated cases and communicate resolution progress.
• Provide feedback to leadership to improve processes and operational insights.
• Draft executive-level communications with summaries, root-cause analyses, and action plans.
