Jobgether is seeking an Associate Manager, Clinical Supply Chain for a remote role based in the United States. You will oversee planning, packaging, labeling, and distribution of investigational medicines for clinical trials, coordinating with Regulatory, Quality, and external CMOs to ensure timely delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least four years of progressively responsible supply chain experience, preferably in biotech/pharma/CRO.
• Knowledge of clinical trial supply planning, distribution, inventory, labeling, packaging, and scheduling.
• Working knowledge of cGMP requirements and compliant processes across the supply chain.
• Experience developing supply plans, coordinating production schedules, managing inventory, and tracking expiry dates.
• Familiarity with interactive response technology systems and supply strategy configuration.
• Experience coordinating with CMOs, depots, packaging providers, and distributors.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Clinical Supply Chain on Clinical Study Teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Develop supply plans with Clinical Operations to meet study requirements.
• Create clinical supply and inventory plans and set production schedules.
• Manage GMP inventory, monitor expiry dates, and ensure proper drug accountability.
• Coordinate with CMOs, depots, vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Investigate supply chain issues, perform CAPAs, and document resolutions.
• Review labeling text and proofs for regulatory compliance.
• Support IRT systems, develop supply strategies, and set allocation parameters.
• Coordinate bulk shipments to CMOs, depots, and distributors; maintain import licenses.
• Develop risk mitigation and process improvements for supply chain operations.
• Assist in updating SOPs and other process documents.
• Monitor team deliverables and maintain cross-functional communication.
