Job summary

Elevar Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Supply Chain for a remote-based role in the United States.

You will enable timely supply of packaged and labeled clinical trial material, coordinating with clinical, regulatory, quality, and CMC teams to ensure ongoing studies are supplied. You will develop end-to-end supply strategies, manage demand forecasts, and oversee packaging, labeling, shipping, and compliance across global sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in clinical supply, incl. late-stage programs.
• Knowledge of cGxP (GMP/GLP/GCP) and quality systems.
• Packaging/labeling CMO management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end clinical drug supply strategies for global studies.
• Forecast investigational product demand based on enrollment and country requirements.
• Manage production, expiry, and inventory risks with internal and external partners.
• Coordinate with IRT vendors and systems to manage supplies across sites and depots.
• Contribute to clinical pharmacy manuals (shipping, storage, disposal) and work with sites to dispose of unused materials.
• Handle drug shipment requests, tracking, and import/export activities while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Represent clinical supply on cross-functional study teams and manage budget responsibilities.
• Oversee acquisition, labeling, packaging, and management of comparator drugs.
