Job summary

BioAge Labs is seeking a Director, Supply Chain (or Senior Director) for a fully remote role across the continental United States. You will lead the end-to-end clinical supply chain, collaborating with CMC, Clinical Operations, and external partners to ensure continuous availability of investigational products for global trials.

You will drive strategy, forecasting, vendor management, and budgeting while ensuring GxP compliance and timely material readiness across Phase 1–3 programs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end clinical supply chain for multiple programs.
• Strong knowledge of GxP, GMP, GDP, ICH guidelines.
• Proven ability to partner with Clinical Operations, Quality and Regulatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead clinical supply strategy for global trials.
• Own end-to-end planning, forecasting, inventory, packaging, distribution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply with milestones.
• Lead vendor selection and management for CDMOs and logistics partners.
• Establish KPIs for supply readiness and on-time delivery.
