Job summary

Harri US is seeking an Associate Implementation Consultant to onboard hospitality clients onto our SaaS platform. This fully remote role supports project teams from inception to go-live, delivering configuration, training, and ongoing support.

You will gather client requirements, translate them into system setups, and drive project plans with cross-functional teams, ensuring successful deployments and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years in a client-facing role in SaaS and/or HCM, with Workforce Management, ATS, Payroll, HRIS or relevant client implementation experience.
• Ambitious, self-motivated team player in a fast-paced environment, ready to grow with a company.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: provide product expertise and guidance; develop best practices as product evolves; provide training and end-user support; create, manage and update project plans.
• Project Delivery: understand, document and maintain business requirements; ensure quality configuration; support QA; own issues; work cross-functionally to plan and drive adoption of process improvements; manage project backlog and timeline.
