Job summary

Grüns is scaling rapidly and seeks an Associate, Finance and Strategy to own financial cadence, monthly reviews, variance analysis, budgeting, and investor-trusted models. You will work directly with the Head of Finance to own core infrastructure.

This role is fully remote from our remote HQ and requires presence in Pacific or Central time zones; bi-annual in-person offsites are planned.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis capabilities.
• Ability to create clear presentations for diverse audiences.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the Monthly Business Review and OKR process end to end.
• Build and maintain forecasting, budgeting, and decision-support models.
• Drive variance analysis on Opex and accountability.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve profitability.
• Identify and refine KPIs showing true business health.
• Create update-friendly reporting materials for faster insights.
