Job summary

Grüns is seeking an Analytics & Finance Manager, International to drive data-driven decisions across our global business. You will own analytics, build dashboards, and partner with senior leadership to surface opportunities as Grüns scales internationally.

You will develop financial models, manage large datasets, and translate complex analyses into executive-ready presentations in a fully remote, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in a quantitative or computational field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics in corporate, consulting, or investment banking.
• High proficiency with Excel; strong capability in creating executive decks and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics for Grüns’ international business, partnering with international leadership.
• Identify growth opportunities and surface data-driven recommendations.
• Develop hypotheses, tests, analyses, and monitoring plans.
• Build and maintain large datasets using SQL for ad hoc and strategic questions.
• Create financial models to forecast impact of strategies and risks.
• Design long-term BI dashboards to democratize insights.
• Translate analyses into concise, executive-ready presentations.
• Independently solve cross-functional problems end-to-end.
