Qualifications

• Experience with BAQs, dashboards, and reporting.
• Understanding of Epicor manufacturing modules (MES, Production, Supply Chain, MRP).
• Experience supporting Epicor Kinetic upgrades or implementations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Epicor ERP (E10 / Kinetic) across the organization.
• Manage user security, system configuration, and ERP performance.
• Support manufacturing teams with production, planning, and supply chain modules.

Skills

Experience supporting Epicor ERP (E10 or Kinetic)

Background working in a manufacturing environment

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work with technical teams and business stakeholders
