Job summary

Epicor seeks a Product Manager to act as the liaison for a strategic retail partner in the home center, hardware, and building materials sector. You will translate business needs into product requirements and support release planning for a large-scale retail environment.

You will gather requirements, drive cross-functional collaboration, and resolve product and system challenges across POS, inventory, and order management workflows. Travel 2–3 times monthly is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into requirements.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and prioritization of tasks.
• Willingness to travel regularly to a strategic partner campus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate partner, customer, and internal stakeholder requirements into clear product specifications for development teams.
• Manage product-related projects through release cycles including planning and handoff.
• Serve as day-to-day product liaison for a strategic retail partner and maintain alignment.
• Analyze product, system, and data issues across point-of-sale and retail workflows.
• Collaborate with development, product, services, support, marketing, and readiness teams to resolve issues and drive adoption.
