Job summary

Astrana Health, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director - Value-Based Care Sales for the East Coast.

This fully remote role drives membership and savings growth in Astrana’s ACO business by building relationships with independent practices and local partners to expand the network. You will recruit practices for government value-based care contracts and potentially onboard them into the ACO program, with annual growth targets to achieve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• Experience in healthcare growth leadership or ACO settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulations, compliance, and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans with GTM strategy and leadership guidance.
• Build new relationships to grow in new and existing markets.
• Engage with prospective practices to participate in ACO programs.
• Explain financial benefits and secure commitments for ACO LEAD or MSSP.
• Prospect outbound leads and respond to inbound inquiries.
• Negotiate participation agreements and track deals in CRM.
• Help set growth plans and prioritize prospects with data-driven insight.
• Onboard recruited practices and support transition to operations.
