Job summary

Intus Care is seeking an Associate Director of Product Management to lead the IRIS revenue integrity system, a flagship product for coding, billing analytics, and forecasting. You will own the product line, partner with engineering, plan releases, and evaluate new features.

This remote role in the United States requires 6–8 years' product management experience and strong client collaboration, with ROI focus and hands-on Scrum experience.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of overall Product Management experience, including 1+ years managing and developing a team.
• Familiarity with HCC coding methodologies and RAF score calculations in the Medicare Advantage Space.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfort working directly with clients, with the ability to navigate escalations.
• Ability to handle ambiguous problem spaces.
• Business acumen, with an ability to balance product decisions against broader business outcomes.
• Attention to detail with an analytical mindset.
• Proactive and eager to learn new skills.
• Strong understanding of the software product development lifecycle.
• Experience running scrum processes.
• Comfort in SQL and JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Own the development of complex features, including client discovery sessions and PRD writing.
• Recommend build vs buy assessments for manager review.
• Provide company wide updates related to your product on a regular basis with minimal oversight.
• Handle client escalations with minimal oversight from your manager.
• Assist your manager in guiding cross-functional stakeholders through applications changes and rollout.
• Plan monthly roadmaps and develop pod level quarterly roadmaps with minimal support.
• Recommend product level quarterly roadmap plans for manager review.
