Job summary

Intus Care is seeking an Associate Director of Product Management to lead IRIS, our revenue integrity system, coordinating product lines with engineering to plan releases and evaluate new features. You will own day-to-day operations, guide cross-functional teams, and drive strategic roadmaps.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in product management, experience with HCC/RAF in Medicare Advantage, and a strong ability to collaborate with clients while navigating escalations.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of overall Product Management experience, including 1+ years managing and developing a team.
• Familiarity with Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) coding methodologies and RAF score calculations in the Medicare Advantage Space.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfort working with clients and navigating escalations.
• Ability to handle ambiguous problem spaces.
• Business acumen balancing product decisions with business outcomes.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proactive and eager to learn new skills.
• Experience running scrum processes.
• Comfort using SQL and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Own product discovery and delivery, developing features and PRD writing.
• Plan releases with engineering and assess build vs buy options.
