You will work with Compliance, plan-building, operations, and client-management teams to ensure regulations are reflected in plan documents and to support successful client

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 3+ years in healthcare, insurance, or benefits.
• 1+ year people-management experience.
• Regulatory knowledge of healthcare and benefits.
• Experience drafting plan language and documents.
• Strong written and verbal English with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead Plan Document Coordinators and manage delivery timelines.
• Set goals, monitor progress, and provide direction.
• Lead regular meetings; communicate priorities and risks.
• SME in benefit interpretation, guiding risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with Compliance and plan-building teams.
• Mentor and develop team members; manage performance.
• Support training and career growth; handle workload surges.
• Maintain documentation and reference materials.
