Job summary

RFG Advisory, LLC is seeking an Associate Director of Business Development for a remote, growth-focused role in wealth management. You will own a defined outbound book, run proactive campaigns, and qualify high-potential leads to fuel growth.

You’ll coordinate with the National Director on pull-through and closing activities, while maintaining relationships through the full sales cycle and ensuring steady pipeline momentum.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services business development or wealth management is required.
• Proven ability to source and qualify leads and build a pipeline.
• Strong relationship-building skills for long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Run proactive outbound prospecting across defined campaigns and target accounts in wealth management.
• Source and qualify a minimum of five qualified leads per month through outbound efforts or marketing leads.
• Coordinate with National Director to move opportunities toward close and schedule demos as needed.
• Maintain clean, up-to-date CRM records and report weekly on pipeline activity and results.
• Collaborate with Marketing and RevOps to optimize outreach and messaging using AI tools.
