Job summary

Servier seeks a Director, US Emerging Portfolio Strategy (US EPS) in Neurology to oversee assessments of the developing portfolio and BD opportunities in the US market. The role leads cross-functional teams, informs lifecycle plans, and advises senior leadership to align with strategic priorities.

The position is Boston-area onsite with travel ~10% and reports to the Executive Director of US EPS, collaborating with the Corporate Business Office on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree with business, science, or quantitative focus.
Graduate degree or advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or similar).

Responsibilities

Conduct US Emerging Portfolio Assessments in Neurology, including pre-commercialization projects.
Support or lead external in-line and pipeline opportunities across all phases as needed.
Develop forward-looking strategies, market positioning, and product profiles for pipeline/LCM assets.
Collaborate with global teams to provide US market insights and competitive assessments.
Create or support market-entry plans for potential new assets.
Contribute to CBO team success through best-practice sharing and goal setting.
