Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences or related field preferred.
• 8+ years in pharma/biotech project management or Medical Affairs operations.
• Experience managing cross-functional pharmaceutical/biotech programs.
• Proven track record in Oncology, Neurology, Rare Disease, or related areas.
• Deep knowledge of GxP, PhRMA Code, and global medical compliance.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Veeva Medical.
• PMP training or certification desirable.
• Strong strategic planning, portfolio management and financial planning skills.
• Skilled at facilitating workshops and senior-level discussions.
• Willingness to travel ~15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of integrated Annual Medical Plans for Neurology portfolio.
• Facilitate strategic workshops and cross-functional planning sessions.
• Prepare executive-ready reports and presentations for reviews.
• Establish frameworks for measuring benefit realization across initiatives.
• Oversee Neurology portfolio to identify dependencies and risks.
• Lead organizational change to align with portfolio priorities.
• Develop governance frameworks for medical asset teams.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial optimization.
• Support vendor management and contracting for Neurology portfolio.
• Provide matrix leadership across multiple Medical Affairs functions.
• Collaborate with Medical Leadership on portfolio analysis and risk assessment.
