Servier seeks an Associate Director of Medical Portfolio Management in Boston, hybrid work. This role partners with Medical Operations to design integrated plans, manage tight cross-functional programs, and ensure strategic alignment with patient outcomes and business value.
The position requires 8+ years in pharma/biotech project management or medical affairs operations, advanced degree, and strong PM tools proficiency. Travel around 15% is anticipated.
Formación
- Advanced degree in life sciences or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive pharmaceutical/biotech project management or medical affairs ops.
- Strong proficiency with MS Project, Veeva Medical, and budgeting tools.
Responsabilidades
- Lead integrated Annual Medical Plans for Neurology to align with long-term value.
- Synthesize data into executive reports and presentations for leadership.
- Establish frameworks to realize long-term benefits from medical programs.
- Identify cross-project dependencies and mitigate systemic risks.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management for Neurology.
