Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Network Engineering to lead Data Center and Deployment Engineering teams.

You will shape architecture, standards, and automation strategies across enterprise infrastructure. You will drive large-scale migrations, implement IaC with Terraform/Ansible, and partner with Cloud, Security, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable, resilient networks for AI-ready workloads.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data center network engineering
• 5+ years of people leadership
• Experience leading engineering and deployment teams
• Expertise in Arista EOS and Cisco Nexus, VXLAN/EVPN
• IaC with Terraform, Ansible, Python, Git
• Azure DevOps deployment pipelines
• Experience with NDFC, CloudVision, Nexus Dashboard/CVaaS

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Data Center Network Engineers.
• Establish technical roadmaps, engineering standards, deployment methodologies, and automation strategies.
• Own engineering execution for major infrastructure initiatives from design through deployment and handoff.
• Lead data center network architectures utilizing Cisco and Arista technologies.
• Enable AI-ready networking platforms supporting GPU and HPC environments.
• Establish IaC and automated deployment practices as engineering standards.
