Job summary

Humana, Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Pharmacy Stars to guide a team improving Medicare members’ medication use. You will develop and manage clinical program strategies, aiming to meet multiple quality measures and drive patient safety.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, make strategic decisions, and ensure timely execution in a fast-paced, multi-project environment, with remote work options and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacy licensure.
• 5+ years of clinical experience in managed care or pharmacy related field, or equivalent.
• More than two years of experience as a Manager.
• Strong business decision making and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support a team responsible for development, implementation, and management of clinical program strategies to improve Medicare members' medication use.
• Accountable for performance goals for multiple quality measures.
