Humana, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Stars Associate Director to lead a collaborative team focused on improving Medicare members' appropriate medication use.

You will oversee development and management of clinical program strategies with accountability for performance across multiple quality measures, requiring strong decision making and leadership. The role is remote in the United States, with some travel to Humana offices for training and meetings.

Qualifications

• PharmD or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited school
• Active, unrestricted pharmacy licensure
• 5+ years clinical experience in managed care or pharmacy field
• 2+ years of management experience
• Strong decision-making and business acumen
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
• Strategic thinking and planning capabilities
