Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD or RPh) from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacy licensure.
• 5+ years of clinical experience in managed care or pharmacy-related field.
• More than two years of managerial experience.
• Ability to provide direction and make sound business decisions.
• Passion for improving consumer experiences in healthcare.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong multi-project handling in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record in cross-team facilitation and project management.
• Strategic thinking, organized, detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support a team responsible for development, implementation and management of clinical program strategies to improve Medicare members' appropriate medication use.
• Accountable for performance goals across multiple quality measures.
• Provide decisive leadership on complex issues affecting job duties and related tasks.
