Job summary

Humana, Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Pharmacy Stars to lead a collaborative team responsible for Medicare Stars performance and the development of clinical program strategies that improve appropriate medication use.

You will drive strategic initiatives, oversee implementation, and partner with multiple departments to meet performance goals while navigating complex data and timelines in a remote, nationwide setting.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent (RPh) from an accredited school
• Active, unrestricted pharmacy licensure
• 5+ years of clinical experience in managed care or pharmacy related field
• More than two years of experience as a Manager
• Ability to direct, decide and lead in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience facilitating cross-team projects and consulting

Responsibilities

• Ensure performance against Medicare Stars and other quality measures
• Provide guidance and decision-making on complex issues across departments
