Job summary

Eisai US is seeking an Associate Director to align training strategies for Market Access and Account Management across neurology and oncology. You will oversee development and delivery of training programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with Eisai’s selling model.

The role requires 10+ years in pharmaceutical sales or related fields, with leadership in training, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with 10+ years of pharmaceutical sales or related experience.
• OR a combination of equivalent education and experience.
• Prior experience in relevant therapeutic areas (e.g., Neurology, Oncology).

Responsibilities

• Enhance team capabilities in market access, account management, selling skills, disease state knowledge, and clinical and business acumen application of Eisai selling model.
• Lead development of continuous learning tools, e-learning, workshops, and training programs aligned to brand and stakeholder needs.
• Ensure regulatory review of all projects and materials before delivery to sales forces.
• Lead and facilitate training, including Train-the-Trainer programs for MA sales teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet department goals.
• Manage team development, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
