Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics experience with proactive problem solving.
• 3+ years building data pipelines using Python, SQL, and AI tools.
• Experience in healthcare insurance with exposure to pharmacy claims data.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Coding proficiency in Snowflake, SQL, or SAS.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Medicare Advantage Part D bids submitted to CMS annually.
• Build AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges or improve model efficiency.
• Automate tasks using enterprise-approved AI tools to drive improvements.
• Conduct data analyses and prepare reports for Medicare Advantage submissions.
• Interpret key drivers of healthcare trends and project revenue and costs.
• Conduct studies on pricing, utilization and health care costs.
• Perform mathematical analyses to provide statistical findings to management.
• Analyze forecasts and trends to support leadership decisions.
