Job summary

Tarsus in Irvine, CA is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Supply Chain to provide strategic leadership and end-to-end oversight of clinical supply activities across the development portfolio, translating study plans into integrated global supply strategies to ensure investigational products reach patients and sites when needed.

You will lead supply planning, packaging and labeling, IRT, inventory and distribution, returns, reconciliation, and destruction from first-in-human through Phase

Qualifications

• M.S. in Supply Chain, Operations, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Engineering or related field.
• APICS certification and/or Lean Six Sigma training are a plus.
• Ten+ years of clinical supply chain experience across multiple global studies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end clinical supply chain strategy and execution across global development programs.
• Translate plans into phase-appropriate supply strategies including forecasting, packaging, labeling, distribution, and inventory.
• Lead Clinical Supply Team meetings and serve as main contact for cross-functional planning and risk resolution.
• Manage and develop clinical supply personnel; allocate resources and drive continuous improvement.
