Job summary

Precision AQ is seeking an Associate Director for the Global Dossier and Value Communications team. The role focuses on leading the development of market access materials and guiding project teams to deliver high-quality, fully referenced content.

You will collaborate with HEOR, access strategy, health economics, and management teams, and directly with clients and partner agencies. The position offers remote work and opportunities to shape writing standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in the industry or equivalent experience.
• Experience developing market access materials (JCA submissions, HTA submissions, GVDs, value propositions).
• Experience mentoring writers and leading teams.
• Strong proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and bibliographic software.

Responsibilities

• Act as designated lead writer on projects, delivering evidence-based, fully referenced content on time.
• Manage workload and plan deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Develop global value dossiers, JCA/HTA submissions, and value proposition decks.
• Collaborate with HEOR, access strategy, and project management teams and with clients.
• Lead BD activities and support pitches and client calls.
• Establish quality standards and contribute to training materials for new starters.
