Job summary

Precision AQ is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead the Global Dossier and Value Communications team. You will guide market access deliverables, manage project teams, and shape the quality standards for writing across HEOR and access strategy.

You will work with clients and experts to develop JCA/HTA submissions, global value dossiers, and value proposition materials while mentoring junior writers and contributing to BD efforts targeting a £350,000 annual influx.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A life sciences degree (or equivalent).
• Experience developing market access materials (JCA/HTA submissions, GVDs, value propositions).
• Experience mentoring writers and leading project teams.
• Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the designated lead writer on projects, delivering evidence-based, fully referenced content to high standards and timelines.
• Manage workload and plan deliverables across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Lead across therapeutic areas, including JCA/HTA submissions, global dossiers, and value proposition decks.
• Support business development activities such as proposal writing and client calls.
