Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years in data engineering, database administration, platform engineering, or related disciplines.
• 2+ years of leadership or people management experience.
• Experience with enterprise-scale SQL Server environments.
• Experience with data platform architecture, automation, and system integrations.
• Experience developing engineering standards, governance models, and operational best practices.
• Experience leading technical projects and initiatives.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience improving customer and outcomes through technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, architecture, and roadmap for enterprise SQL Server and data platform services.
• Define and maintain engineering standards, governance, policies, and best practices.
• Ensure platform availability, scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
• Oversee data platform operations, automation, integrations, and tooling initiatives.
• Lead and develop engineering teams and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with stakeholders across technology and business functions to deliver platform initiatives.
• Manage complex technical issues, vendor relationships, and cross-functional projects.
