Job summary

Washington State Opportunity Scholarship is seeking an Associate Director of Community Engagement & Partnerships to lead statewide scholarship promotion and recruitment efforts. The role reports to the Senior Director of Policy, Partnerships & External Affairs and is highly external-facing, with hybrid work in the Seattle area and periodic in-state travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead statewide scholarship promotion and recruitment planning.
• Partner with internal and external peers to inform promotional strategies for priority populations and regions.
• Develop targeted outreach to increase representation from underserved communities while maintaining statewide volume.
• Establish success measures and adjust strategies based on results.
• Collaborate with Marketing on messaging, materials, campaigns, and resources for outreach.
• Other duties as assigned.
