Qualifications

• Relationship-focused higher education professional with transfer recruitment experience.
• Strong knowledge of college admissions, enrollment management, and transfer partnerships.
• Ability to translate research and trends into professional development resources.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentations skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and returning college and university partners.
• Expand engagement with PTK Connect, PTK Direct Admission, and transfer scholarships.
• Recruit, onboard, and support Direct Admission partners.
• Provide strategic guidance to expand transfer pipelines and engagement.
• Create webinars, training resources, and presentations for two- and four-year audiences.
• Represent PTK at conferences and events.
