UnitedHealth Group, a leading health tech and services company, is seeking an Associate Director, Behavioral Health Value Creation. You will support development and management of programs that optimize quality and reduce costs through payer and enterprise partnerships.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive data-driven strategies, and partner with stakeholders to improve member experience and provider performance while enabling scalable growth across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a managed care organization or health insurer.
• 5+ years working with diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to influence through ambiguity.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience leveraging data to drive strategies.
• Track record leading large, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience delivering results with large teams in matrixed org.
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Proven experience meeting client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop pipeline of initiatives, coordinate execution, oversee implementation, and measure value.
• Create project plans, processes, and workflows to support program development.
• Configure policies to maximize value for members and the enterprise.
• Identify and engage stakeholders for program success.
• Collect data and SME input relevant to customer needs.
• Collect, analyze, and report on data to support cost and outcomes metrics.
• Create benchmarks and metrics for evaluation of processes and outcomes.
• Analyze program fidelity and implement improvement strategies.
• Partner with growth teams to deliver goals and benefits, including new solutions.
• Develop trusted relationships with national and local teams.
• Communicate potential impacts and risks to business partners.
