Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional, matrixed initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop a pipeline of initiatives and coordinate execution.
• Create project plans, workflows, and processes for program development.
• Integrate BH policies into daily practice to maximize value.
• Engage stakeholders for program success and necessary resources.
• Collect and analyze data to support cost and outcome metrics.
• Establish benchmarks and evaluate processes and outcomes.
• Partner with growth and solutioning teams to articulate benefits.
• Build trusted relationships across national and local teams.
• Communicate risks and impacts of proposed solutions to partners.
