Job summary

UnitedHealth Group seeks an Associate Director, Behavioral Health Value Creation to lead development, implementation and ongoing management of programs that optimize quality and reduce behavioral health cost through partnerships with payer accounts, Optum Behavioral Health Solutions and enterprise stakeholders. Qualifications

• 5+ years in a managed care organization or health insurer.
• Track record of collaborating with diverse teams to drive innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop a pipeline of initiatives and coordinate execution to improve value.
• Create project plans, workflows, and processes for program development.
• Ensure BH policies are integrated into daily practice to maximize value.
• Engage stakeholders and collect data for program analysis and outcomes.
• Partner with growth teams to articulate goals and deliver innovative solutions.
• Maintain matrixed relationships with national and local teams.
