The role focuses on developing, implementing, and managing programs that improve member experience, provider performance, and cost efficiency while collaborating with Optum Behavioral Health Solutions to drive value across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a managed care organization or health insurer.
• 5+ years collaborating with diverse teams to drive innovative solutions.
• Proven ability to influence outcomes during ambiguity.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Experience using data and insights to shape strategies.
• Cross-functional, matrixed leadership of complex initiatives.
• Experience delivering results with large-scale teams.
• Experience managing multiple projects to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop a pipeline of initiatives and coordinate execution across accounts.
• Create project plans, processes, and workflows to support implementation.
• Ensure BH policies are integrated into daily practice to maximize value.
• Identify stakeholders and secure support for program success.
• Collect data and subject matter inputs to inform programs.
• Analyze data and report on metrics to show cost and outcomes.
• Establish benchmarks to evaluate process and outcomes.
• Improve program fidelity and performance with experience-based strategies.
• Partner with growth teams to articulate goals and benefits for accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with national and local teams.
• Communicate potential impacts and risks of proposed solutions.
