Job summary

Mobility Global is seeking an Associate Director, Automotive Enterprise Solutions Engineer to drive technical engagements for enterprise partners in the US with up to 50% travel. You will design and deliver demos, architect solutions, and bridge automotive industry depth with sales strategy.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to translate complex capabilities into measurable business value, influencing buying decisions and elevating customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience in product ownership, pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical sales.
• Proven success influencing technical and business stakeholders in complex sales cycles.
• Experience with consumer software products.
• Ability to explain sophisticated product suites to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong business acumen and a track record of connecting technical solutions to ROI.
• Automotive background strongly preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical workshops tailored to enterprise partners (OEMs, Dealer Groups, Dealers, Third-Parties).
• Serve as a trusted automotive industry and technical expert throughout the sales and customer success cycle, from discovery through solution design to final evaluation and outcomes.
• Develop solutions leveraging the full product suite (Polk Automotive Solutions, Pricing & Incentives, Tierless Solutions) for feasibility and scalability.
• Translate technical features into clear, business-driven value propositions for client needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to accelerate deals and support retention.
