Job summary

IQVIA Digital is seeking an Associate Director, Agency Partnerships to lead a strategic agency hold company relationship, drive revenue growth, and expand adoption of IQVIA Digital’s audience, activation, measurement, and engagement solutions. This remote US role reports to the Senior Director of Agency Partnerships and requires an ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of agency or digital advertising sales experience.
• Proven ability to manage large enterprise sales cycles.
• Experience selling audience, data, and optimization solutions in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day commercial relationships across the key agency hold company.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to client priorities.
• Build trusted relationships with agency leadership and analytics teams.
• Drive adoption of IQVIA Digital’s data, activation, and measurement solutions.
• Lead business reviews and executive-level planning sessions.
