Job summary

Herzing University is seeking an Associate Director of Academic Compliance to provide central support for location and program leaders in academic compliance. The role focuses on strategic regulatory readiness, project management, and updating knowledge of accreditation standards across locations.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) with 3+ years in academic compliance and 5+ years in higher education. Remote US-based work is supported with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Minimum of three years in academic compliance or regulatory affairs.
• Minimum of five years in a higher education environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute academic compliance initiatives aligned with the University Strategic Plan.
• Collaborate with university constituents and maintain project plans and timelines.
• Audit programs and locations to ensure readiness and compliance with standards.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory standards and provide training.
• Manage regulatory reporting and submission processes with faculty and staff.
• Prepare leaders for regulatory visits and meetings.
