Job summary

Herzing University invites applications for the Associate Director of Academic Compliance to provide central support to location and program leaders, manage compliance initiatives, and promote regulatory readiness across the university.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), with at least three years in academic compliance and five years in higher education, and will collaborate with faculty, program leaders, and regulatory bodies to ensure accreditation standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in Academic Compliance and/or Regulatory Affairs.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a higher education environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute academic compliance initiatives in alignment with the University Strategic Plan.
• Maintain knowledge of state, institutional accreditation, and programmatic standards; develop resources to navigate variations.
• Provide project management for regulatory reporting and submission design with faculty and leadership.
• Promote regulatory visit readiness and prepare leaders for visits and meetings; support travel and arrangements as needed.
• Position the University for strategic growth by researching regulatory requirements for new programs and markets.
