Job summary

Herzing University seeks an Associate Director of Academic Compliance to centrally support location and program leaders in regulatory compliance. The role executes compliance initiatives, maintains regulatory knowledge, and drives readiness to sustain accreditation standards across locations.

Responsibilities include managing submissions, coordinating advisory board activities, and guiding growth through regulatory research and program alignment within the university framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three-years of experience in Academic Compliance and/or Regulatory Affairs.
• Minimum of five-years of experience in a higher education environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute academic compliance initiatives in alignment with the University Strategic Plan.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory standards and provide training as needed.
• Provide project management for regulatory reporting and submissions.
• Prepare for regulatory visits and meetings with university constituents.
• Position the University for strategic growth through regulatory research and collaborations.
