Job summary

Herzing University seeks an Associate Director of Academic Compliance to provide central support to location and program leaders in regulatory standards and compliance initiatives. The role drives readiness, manages assigned activities, and partners with stakeholders to advance accreditation and regulatory priorities.

Responsibilities include executing initiatives aligned with the University Strategic Plan, maintaining knowledge of standards, overseeing regulatory reporting, and guiding visits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Minimum of three years' experience in Academic Compliance and/or Regulatory Affairs.
• Minimum of five years in a higher education environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute academic compliance initiatives aligned with the University Strategic Plan.
• Collaborate with university constituents and maintain project plans and timelines for regulatory initiatives.
• Audit programs and locations to ensure readiness and compliance with accreditation standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state and programmatic accreditation standards and provide training.
• Manage regulatory reporting, submissions, and visits to ensure readiness and timely communication.
