Herzing University is seeking an Associate Director of Academic Compliance to provide central support across locations for regulatory readiness and compliance initiatives. The role drives alignment with standards, manages regulatory activities, and guides accreditation processes.

The candidate will maintain regulatory knowledge, lead reporting efforts, collaborate with program leaders, and ensure readiness for regulatory visits while supporting strategic growth and new program approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in Academic Compliance and/or Regulatory Affairs.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a higher education environment.

Responsabilités

• Execute academic compliance initiatives in alignment with the University Strategic Plan.
• Maintain knowledge of state, institutional accreditation, and programmatic standards across locations.
• Provide project management for regulatory reporting and accreditation submissions.
• Prepare leaders for regulatory visits and ensure readiness for on-site meetings.
• Represent the university professionally with external regulatory entities and support new program/government approvals.
