Sciens Building Solutions is seeking an Associate Digital Solutions Engineer to build and test practical AI and automation tools for field and office teams. You will work with the Digital & AI team, creating pilots, testing with users, and measuring impact before production handoff.

Candidates should be hands-on builders with Python, SQL, data skills, and familiarity with modern AI tools. A strong communicator who can document results is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Python or similar language and data skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Spend time with field/office teams to assess needs and validate existing tools.
• Build and configure pilot tools using AI and automation from prioritized use cases.
• Test pilots with end users and measure time savings or performance gains.
• Collaborate with analytics to obtain data for pilots.
• Document pilot design, tests, and learnings for handoff to delivery teams.
