DigitalGenius is seeking a Solutions Engineer to own client automation work, partnering with operations and engineering teams to design, build and support solutions in live environments.

You will run scoping sessions, present designs, and integrate the platform with client ecosystems using APIs and webhooks. The role emphasizes Python coding, low-code automation, and daily use of AI tools to deliver value.

Formación

• 2+ years in a technical role working directly with external clients.
• Ability to explain a technical decision to a non-technical audience and push back when needed.
• Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, webhooks, auth, pagination and rate limits.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience building automations in low-code/config-heavy tools.
• Daily use of AI tools to improve work, with clear limitations.
• Proven experience running several client projects to deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Run scoping sessions with client teams to identify needs.
• Present design proposals and steer clients away from non-viable approaches.
• Design and build automation flows in the DigitalGenius platform for complex, high-volume use cases.
• Integrate the platform with client ecosystems via APIs and webhooks.
• Build custom actions in Python as needed.
• Tune and evaluate LLM components used by the agent.
• Troubleshoot across systems and data, often live with the client.
• Report results to non-technical stakeholders and expand accounts.
• Provide feedback to Product to guide platform evolution.
