TestDevJobs is seeking a hands-on, AI-native builder to work with operations, finance, clinical, and other teams in a fully remote role within the United States. You’ll design, prototype, and deploy AI-powered solutions to reduce manual work and improve accuracy across key workflows.

You’ll own projects end-to-end, leveraging SQL, Python, APIs, and low-code tools to deliver measurable business impact while collaborating across departments and operating with a bias for practical, value-driven

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in software engineering, automation, data engineering, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or comparable platforms.
• Ability to work with APIs, databases, SQL, Python, and integration tools.
• Experience building lightweight internal applications, dashboards, or workflow automations.
• Strong analytical instincts and the ability to understand business processes quickly.
• A self-starter who can identify problems, propose solutions, and execute without extensive specifications.
• Comfort moving quickly, experimenting, and building practical solutions rather than over-engineered systems.

Responsibilities

• Work with operations, finance, clinical, and other teams to understand workflows, data processes, and operational bottlenecks.
• Design, prototype, and deploy solutions using AI-assisted development tools, APIs, automation platforms, SQL, Python, and low-code technologies.
• Automate repetitive tasks, connect disconnected systems, and streamline manual workflows.
• Build dashboards, reporting tools, and lightweight internal applications that improve visibility and decision-making.
• Apply LLMs, AI agents, and related technologies where they can meaningfully improve productivity or accuracy.
• Own projects from problem discovery through deployment, iteration, and measurable business impact.
