Qualifications

• 2–5 years hands-on experience with the Salesforce development ecosystem.
• Experience with cloud-based/SaaS technology in a customer-facing setting.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic joint success plans with clear objectives, milestones and KPIs.
• Translate customer needs into successful product outcomes with internal teams.
• Protect renewal revenue and contribute to improved net retention.
• Promote license utilization and drive renewals through adoption.
• Monitor adoption, satisfaction and health scores to influence value.
• Drive customer advocacy and support renewal-driven growth.
