• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in clinical project management or CRO/pharma.
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines and trial regulations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and track study progress and risks.
• Develop and maintain TMF records, training materials, agendas, and reports.
• Support recruitment efforts and issue escalation with sponsors and sites.
• Assist with investigator meetings and study operations management.
• Provide primary point of contact for stakeholders.
