Job summary

NIQ is seeking an Associate Client Director to lead the Industry Insights team, guiding Client Managers, Associate Client Managers and Analysts in delivering data-driven insights and thought leadership.

The role is remote with a preference for candidates in the Chicago area who can attend onsite meetings and events. Requires 7+ years in the CPG space, strong analytics, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the CPG industry and related sales, category management, or market research.
• Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills.
• Proficiency in pulling and analyzing NIQ data sources (RMS, Homescan, Omni, Spectra).
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own CS Industry Insights mission for the team through Thought Leadership delivery.
• Ensure the team meets KPIs and success metrics.
• Drive Service Model and JBPs execution; guide Academy completion.
• Coach the team in data visualization and impactful presentations.
• Develop client relationships to generate incremental sales and CPS leads.
