You will drive thought leadership, manage client expectations, and ensure timely delivery of insights while mentoring team members. The role includes potential incentive bonuses and a flexible working environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the CPG industry or related sales, category management, market research.
• Experience with NielsenIQ or similar analytics solutions.
• Strong analytical mind and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the CS Industry Insights mission for the team and deliver Thought Leadership.
• Ensure the team meets KPIs and success metrics; drive JBPs and service model execution.
• Coach the team to visualize data and create impact presentations with insights and recommendations.
• Lead generation and client relationship management to expand opportunities.
